Paul Demke has been in the financial services industry since 1997 and with Morgan Stanley since 1999. Prior to that Demke was a high school economics teacher, from 1991-97.

As a financial advisor and retirement planning specialist, the prosperity of Demke’s clients is his number one priority. In working with his clients, he seeks to establish a long-term business relationship, create and implement a written plan on how to best reach a client’s investment goals (retirement, college savings, estate planning for individuals/ domestic partners) and establish a disciplined asset allocation/rebalancing investment strategy within the client’s risk tolerance and time horizon.

Originally from North Dakota, Demke moved to San Diego from Minneapolis in 1999. Demke and his partner of four years, Fabrizio Casini, live in Hillcrest. Demke’s major passion is playing and watching basketball. He coaches and plays in the San Diego Hoops basketball league, and is a member of the Greater San Diego Business Association (GSDBA) and the Metropolitan Community Church. Demke also volunteers with The Center’s Speakers Bureau. He estimates that about 75 percent of his clients identify themselves as part of the GLBT community.
