The Center has teamed with the Gay & Lesbian Times to host a community-wide forum on Friday, June 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at The Center’s monthly Community Coalition Lunch. Moderated by Gay & Lesbian Times Publisher Michael Portantino, this event is an opportunity for the entire community to call upon San Diego’s mayoral candidates to address issues important to us. With July 26 fast approaching, this forum is a unique chance to get to know the candidates and get the answers that will help you determine your vote.

Candidates include Donna Frye, Jerry Sanders, Pat Shea, Jim Bell, Richard Rider and Shawn McMillan with Steve Francis left to confirm.

We urge everyone to attend and show these candidates that we care about the future of San Diego and the issues concerning our community.
