Tristany Group Inc. Real Estate has opened its new office at the corner of Fifth and University avenues in Hillcrest.

If you have walked by or driven by the Hillcrest sign recently, you’re certain to have noticed that the former Gap clothing store is now the new home of Tristany Group, Inc. Real Estate. The space has been completely remodeled and redesigned to accommodate this well-known real estate company.

Owned and operated by veteran real estate broker Mike Tristany, this office currently has eight full-time sales associates, as well as a support staff. Additionally, the office includes Countrywide Home Loans as an in-house lender.

Specializing in the sale of homes, condos and investment property in San Diego’s classic older neighborhoods, the company is now able to showcase its properties in the large display windows at the storefront location.
