She attends a Kabbalah event and then bombs at a stuffy charity function where she runs into Warren Beatty. She also riffs on celebrities including Madonna and Oprah Winfrey.

The Beat That My Heart Skipped
A young man torn between a life of crime and classical music is featured in this update of James Toback’s cult 1978 film Fingers. Romain Duris portrays 28-year-old Tom, who seems destined to follow in his father’s footsteps as a Parisian property shark. Pressures from the ugly world of his day job soon become more than he can handle.

After her boyfriend (James Le Gros) is murdered in a robbery, Sophie (Courteney Cox) tries to get on with her life, teaching photography at a local art college. But one day at school a slide from the night of the murder appears in the projector’s carousel, and the line between reality and the unconscious starts to blur.
