Separate Lies
Stockbroker James Manning (Tom Wilkinson) thinks he has the idyllic marriage until his wife, Anne (Emily Watson), meets the charming and enigmatic Bill Bule (Rupert Everett) and they embark on a passionate affair. After Bill and Anne are implicated in the accidental death of a local man, James puts aside his feelings of betrayal and resolves to protect her from the investigation.
Capote
In 1959, novelist Truman Capote (Philip Seymour Hoffman) travels with childhood friend Harper Lee (Catherine Keener) to Kansas to write an article about the Clutter family murders. After Capote visits killers Perry Smith and Dick Hickock in jail, he begins work on his acclaimed non-fiction book In Cold Blood.
The Fog
A thick fog enshrouds a coastal town. The fog is reminiscent of one 100 years earlier that wrecked a ship and drowned the seamen aboard. Sure enough, the sailors are back and out to kill whomever they find. Selma Blair and Tom Welling star.
