Rayme Sciaroni sells greeting card kits that enable you to make unique cards at home. Sciaroni, who has been making cards for years, said recipients of his cards have asked him repeatedly to teach them how to do it, so he launched the Rayme Card Kit product line. “As complicated as the finished card looks, they are surprisingly simple to make,” he said. “Little pieces of art!”

Each Rayme Card Kit contains materials and instructions to make four cards, and envelopes are included. Templates are also included in each kit to use for future card-making. New kits are continuously added to the Web site, and keep up with seasonal themes and holidays.

A free “Quick Card of the Month” soon will be available online, demonstrating how to make a fast and easy greeting card with materials that can frequently be found lying around the house. The Web site also will offer crafting hints, supplies, music and more, as well as an e-mail contact to share your own card and craft ideas.

Sciaroni, who lives in Normal Heights with his three dogs, has lived in San Diego for six and a half years and is originally from New York. He plays piano in restaurants, accompanies singers at Schroeder’s Cabaret, writes music for theater projects and, of course, makes incredible greeting cards! Sciaroni recently released his first Christmas CD of solo piano music, which is available on his Web site.
