New Condos Online is an online advertising service that connects the builder/developer of new, pre-construction or converted condominiums, town homes or lofts with a potential buyer. Through national and local advertising campaigns, their Web site serves as a lead-generation system that channels potential home buyers to the builder’s sales representatives.

Most real estate Web sites are so cluttered with mortgage pre-qualification services, alternative financing services and advertising that the user has a difficult time actually finding the builder/developer’s projects. The mission of New Condos Online is to channel the buyer to the builder/developer rather than keep them on their own Web site.

New Condos Online does not offer extraneous advertising that is unrelated to the goals of their service. Their only purpose is to provide greater exposure for the builder/developer and aid the user in finding the Web sites that meet their needs. For the builder that may not have a Web site, New Condos Online provides the dominant Web presence that is so vital in today’s residential real estate markets.

This innovative approach to buying and selling condos was founded by business partners Brandon Fishman and Brent Gleeson. The two met in graduate school at the University of San Diego while enrolled in the first ever Master of Science in Real Estate program with the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. They began to develop the initial concepts of New Condos Online during the first week of school, and decided to build the foundation of their business during their master’s program so it would be ready for launch upon graduation.
