Certified personal trainer Chris Keith started San Diego Personal Training after working for the largest fitness company in the world for several years. He wanted to take a more individualized approach with his clients’ progress and has been able to do so successfully.
Keith’s clientele ranges from 14 to 76 years old. His goal is to help his clients achieve accelerated results – and do it safely – while teaching them what is effective and what is not. Keith designs aggressive and results-driven personalized nutrition and exercise plans for his clients, and helps them make a lasting commitment to fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
With more than 14 years experience, Keith is a certified advanced weight-training specialist through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and a clinical exercise specialist certified by the American Council on Exercise. He received his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and belongs to numerous national and international health and fitness associations that keep him on the cutting edge of exercise science.
“Hillcrest is a very healthy and social atmosphere,” Keith said. “There are 11 really good places to work out within a five-mile radius of Hillcrest. The best restaurants and nightclubs in San Diego are within the Hillcrest community.”
