Kim Martos has worked in the real estate industry for 16 years.

A full-service realtor whose prices are affordable, she helps her buyers find their dream homes by negotiating with their best interests in mind and can help sellers with diverse solutions for how to market their homes.

A Southern California native, Martos has lived in San Diego for almost 20 years, has two children and lives by the beach.

“I love to meet new people, and I feel strongly that you can learn something from everyone you know and meet,” she said.

Martos gives back to the community by donating to environmental groups and to the Angel Network.

She plans to start a foundation to help kids who either can’t afford after-school activities or who need transportation to and from activities.

“I’m involved in my kids’ school and look forward to getting my kids involved in causes when they grow up,” she said.
