Brians’ American Eatery.
Do you have a favorite dish from any San Diego restaurant?
The prime rib at Brians’, rare. What can I say? I’m a bear at heart.
What is your favorite lunch spot?
I usually eat lunch at my desk or home, if I eat lunch.
How often do you cook at home?
Rarely. Just me and my son, and he usually has other plans.
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
Absolutely alone! Too many cooks, you know.
Name three things that are always in your refrigerator/freezer.
Steak, corn, the healthy veggies. I never eat from a can.
Name three people, living or dead, you’d most like to invite to a dinner party.
Abraham Lincoln, Harry Truman, Theodore Roosevelt and Martin Luther King. I know that’s four, but I wouldn’t dream of having one without all four.
