Parisian photographer Romain (Melvil Poupaud) has a great career, an adoring boyfriend and a beautiful apartment. But this changes when he learns he only has a few months to live. He is forced to decide if he should find closure with his dysfunctional family.

Only Human

Leni has come home to introduce her fiancé, Rafi, to her idiosyncratic Jewish family. Everything goes smoothly until the lovers belatedly reveal that Rafi is Palestinian. Amid the ensuing hysteria, Rafi escapes to the kitchen, where he drops a container of frozen soup out of the seventh floor window, possibly killing a person below, who could be Leni’s father.

The Black Dahlia

Two ex-pugilist cops are called in to investigate the homicide of ambitious silver-screen B-lister Betty Ann Short – a.k.a. “The Black Dahlia.” While one cop’s growing preoccupation with the sensational murder threatens his marriage, the other cop finds himself attracted to the enigmatic daughter of a prominent family who just happens to have an unsavory connection to the murder victim.
