Along with having a good understanding of his clients’ needs and their budget, Busuttil has extensive knowledge of all the products involved in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and can advise his clients about quality and cost-effectiveness.

Walter Busuttil Design and Construction pays great attention to detail in all areas of remodel projects, and Busuttil supervises every aspect of the onsite remodeling work. He is always available to discuss any issues his clients may have, provides detailed estimates, strictly adheres to the time schedule and can provide a reference list of all clients.

Born in South Africa to European parents, Busuttil studied design and fashion in Johannesburg. His father was an architect, his daughter works in the fashion industry and a love of good design runs in his family.

Busuttil moved to the U.S. in 1979 and opened his first business, designing and manufacturing women’s clothing. After remodeling his first home, he found he enjoyed the experience so much he made a career change from fashion design.

Throughout the years, Busuttil has received various awards from San Diego Home/Garden magazine for kitchen remodeling and for bathroom remodeling. A project his company did that included a complete kitchen, master bathroom and powder bathroom remodel was showcased in the April 2005 issue of San Diego Magazine.
