A minimum of three times a week.
Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?
I cook well with others, as long as an open bottle of wine is around. The kitchen is a very warm, communal place that people naturally gravitate toward.

Butter, white wine – rosé – and beer.
Name three people, living or dead, you’d most like to invite to a dinner party.
Three other people do not make a dinner party. There would have to be six or more.
