Celebrities on Stage: The Edwards twins will bring Celebrities on Stage to the North Park Theatre at 8:00 p.m. The California-born brothers, Anthony and Eddie Edwards, have astounded audiences for more than 20 years with their realistic portrayal of some of the world’s best-loved celebrities, with more than 100 superstars in their repertoire. Fine Art Festival: Home decorators and budding art collectors are invited to the San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild’s third annual Fine Art Festival, which takes place Nov. 10-12 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the museum’s James S. Copley Auditorium. The festival will offer for sale one-of-a-kind artworks by 35 member artists, including paintings, sculptures, jewelry, photography, glass art and mixed-media work. An opening night preview will take place Nov. 10 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with light refreshments. The museum is located in Balboa Park. Artists Open Studio: The third Artists Open Studio, produced by “Big Tom” Lombardo, will take place from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. and will feature artists from the Spanish Village Art Center in Balboa Park, the Hillcrest Youth Center and many others. San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival: Taste more than 700 wines, see culinary exhibits and enjoy the mouthwatering cuisine of 50 star chefs from San Diego’s finest restaurants and from 30 gourmet food companies at the San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival’s Grand Event, which takes place from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Embarcadero Park North behind Seaport Village. Tickets are $95 ($130 VIP). Cooking and wine tasting classes as well as a reserve tasting are also being held Nov. 10. Relax on a Hornblower brunch cruise from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Nov. 12. Clue: A murder has been committed. And the game is on. The popular board game of the ’80s gets the all-star treatment in the comic caper Clue, set in a Victorian mansion and featuring Tim Curry, Michael McKean, Lesley Ann Warren, Colleen Camp, Madeline Kahn, Martin Mull, Eileen Brennan and Christopher Lloyd. The Gay Marriage Thing: A year after Gov. Schwarzenegger vetoed the Legislature-approved Religious Freedom and Civil Marriage Protection Act, Hollywood revisits the marriage issue with a screening of The Gay Marriage Thing at the 2006 Artivist Film Festival. The film presents a balanced look at the politics, the piety and the people embroiled in and affected by the same-sex marriage debate.
