Described by owner Michael Rocklin as an “American style diner,” the Lumberjack Grille serves delicious breakfast all day long. If you find yourself craving eggs with pork chops or a savory stack of buttermilk pancakes after a long day at work, the Lumberjack Grille, formerly the Old Mill, will happily whip up an American breakfast sure to satiate the most ravenous of appetites.
With an extensive menu to choose from, customers may have trouble committing to just one delicious entrée. Rocklin helps narrow down the arduous process of selection by recommending the Krispy French Toast.
For those who’ve had their fill of breakfast, order the juicy Lumberjack Burger, North Park Broiler (chicken breast), Ortega Chili or the Pepperjack Cheese on Sourdough.
Rocklin has been partnered for 12 years and has an 11-year-old daughter. He’s lived in San Diego for 17 years and resides in Ocean Beach.
An active citizen, Rocklin is a member of numerous organizations including Pecs San Diego Hoops team, Finest City Squares, San Diego League of Gentlemen, boys of Leather and Bears San Diego.
