If I have to pick one, then it’s the Chicken Lettuce Wraps from P.F. Chang’s.

What is your favorite lunch spot?

Bread on Market. It’s downtown and it has the best BLTs and cupcakes.

How often do you cook at home?

About twice a week; usually Filipino food

Do you prefer to cook with others or do you banish all human life from your kitchen?

If you don’t want to get hurt, stay out of the kitchen when I’m cooking.

Name three things that are always in your refrigerator/freezer.

Bottled water, orange juice and (as strange as it sounds) Mafran’s banana ketchup
