Mike Tristany has been selling real estate in San Diego for nearly 30 years. The Tristany Group came into being in the late ’90s as the business grew and the need for more individuals occurred. Today the office is at the corner of Fifth and University avenues, in the former Gap clothing location. Tristany recently acquired the first Windermere Real Estate franchise in Metro San Diego. The company is now the Windermere Metropolitan/The Tristany Group and handles residential, condominium and income property sales in the greater San Diego area.

The storefront provides a great place to showcase properties and a comfortable environment for clients to discuss their real estate questions and escrows. The Windermere system will introduce significant new technologies and marketing opportunities for both the agents and the clients of the Tristany Group.

Having been involved in the community for 28 years, Tristany has been a part of several organizations, fund-raisers and community groups throughout the Metro area.
