‘A Little Sondheim Music’: The Universal Spirit Center will celebrate the music and lyrics of Broadway-legend Stephen Sondheim with “A Little Sondheim Music,” a weekend-long concert event taking place Friday through Sunday at the Universal Spirit Center. Performances are Friday, May 25, at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, May 26, at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 27, at 2 p.m. Tickets cost $20.

In addition to Saturday’s concert, the evening will include a gala event with a silent auction, and hors d’oeuvres and desserts by Adams Avenue Grill. Tickets for the gala are $50 per person. All proceeds will benefit the Capital Campaign of Universal Spirit Center. Tickets may be purchased online at www.sondheiminsandiego.com or at the door. The Universal Spirit Center is located at 3858 Front St. in Hillcrest.
